Unlimited Terms of Use

The short version: Unlimited is built for real estate agents who want to stage their own listings or their brokerage's listings without counting photos. We trust you. If something looks unusual on our end, we'll reach out.

1. Use it for your own or your brokerage's listings

The Unlimited plan is meant for staging photos of properties you're actively representing — your own listings, or listings within your brokerage. That's the whole spirit of the plan, and for most agents that means you can stage as many photos as you need without thinking twice.

2. We may ask you to verify, occasionally

If we notice an unusually high volume of staging coming from one account, we may send a polite email asking you to confirm the agent or brokerage name and a few of the listings you've been staging. An MLS link or two is usually all we need. If it's all genuinely your work, there's nothing to worry about — keep going.

3. Built for in-house use, not a staging business

Unlimited is meant for your own real estate work — your listings, your brokerage's listings, or staging you provide as part of representing a property. It's not designed to be the engine of a third-party staging business that resells our output to other agents as your own product. If that's what you're building, get in touch and we'll find the right fit.

4. No batch pipelines or commercial automation

Running Unlimited as the back-end of an automated staging pipeline, a SaaS product, or a high-volume commercial operation isn't what the plan is for. The Studio plan, or our API with appropriate licensing, is the right path for that.

5. No bots or automated submissions

Photo upload and staging requests need to be placed manually, through our app or website. Scripts that drive the UI, automated upload tools, and headless browsers aren't permitted on the Unlimited plan.

6. One Unlimited account per person

Each agent gets one Unlimited subscription. Creating multiple accounts to spread volume around isn't allowed and is the fastest way to get a verification email from us.

7. Listings should be active

"Your own or your brokerage's listings" generally means properties currently on the market or being prepared for market. Occasional spec or portfolio work is fine. Staging hundreds of photos for properties that aren't actually being listed is the kind of thing we'd want to ask about.

8. Reasonable use within a billing month

We don't publish a hard photo cap because we don't want to penalize agents in hot markets with lots of listings. But we do reserve the right to consider what "reasonable" looks like — and "reasonable" is generous. If you're a working agent staging your own or your brokerage's listings, you'll basically never hit it.

9. Only upload photos you have the right to use

You're responsible for making sure you have permission to use, modify, and redistribute the photos you upload. Don't upload photos you don't own or aren't authorized to stage.

10. We can decline a request

We reserve the right to decline staging requests for content reasons — for example, photos that aren't of real-estate spaces, or anything that violates our content policy. This is rare and we'll always tell you why.

11. We can cancel the Unlimited plan, for any reason

We reserve the right to cancel any Unlimited subscription at our discretion, with or without cause. In practice we only do this when something is clearly outside the spirit of the plan and a conversation hasn't resolved it. If we cancel your plan, we'll refund any unused portion of your billing period.

12. Rule changes apply going forward

We may update these rules over time. Changes apply to use of the plan from the date of the update onward — they don't make past use suddenly non-compliant. If we make a material change, we'll let active subscribers know by email.

Still not sure if your use case fits? Just email us and ask. We'd rather have a 30-second conversation up front than a confusing one later.
