Welcome to virtualstaging.ai. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, which is owned and operated by VS24, Inc. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
virtualstaging.ai offers AI-powered virtual staging services, including the automated enhancement and furnishing of property photos using advanced machine learning models. For customers requiring additional customization, professional design assistance is also available.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By accessing the platform, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
3. User Accounts
To access certain services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities performed under your account. Any unauthorized use of your account should be reported to us immediately.
4. AI-Generated Results
Our AI creates unique designs for every image uploaded. If the initial staging result doesn't meet your expectations, you can generate multiple versions until satisfied. In cases where AI results are still not satisfactory, professional design services are available upon request.
5. Photo Upload Guidelines
You represent and warrant that you have the rights to all photos you upload. High-resolution, well-lit photos are recommended to achieve the best staging results. Accepted formats include JPG and PNG.
6. Delivery Time
AI staging is typically completed within minutes, with the exact time depending on the number of photos uploaded.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided that no more than 15 images have been generated during this period. Refund requests beyond this threshold will not be honored.
8. Item Removal
We offer automatic item removal as part of our service. When placing an order, select Item Removal, and we'll remove existing furniture and replace it with newly staged pieces at no additional cost.
9. Limitations of AI
Our AI does not currently support placing the same furniture across multiple photos taken from different angles. For multi-angle consistency, professional designers are available for assistance upon request.
10. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed on our website and may be subject to change. Payments are due at checkout, and subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled through your account settings.
11. Subscription Terms
Subscriptions to virtualstaging.ai provide continuous access to AI staging services. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, with access remaining active until the end of the billing period.
12. Intellectual Property
All AI-generated images remain the property of virtualstaging.ai until payment is completed. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the images for personal or commercial purposes.
13. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse our services, including uploading copyrighted material without permission or engaging in fraudulent activities. We reserve the right to terminate accounts violating these terms.
14. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide high-quality results, we cannot guarantee perfection in every AI-generated image. VS24, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the services.
15. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or engage in activities that harm our platform or other users.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
