Refund and Cancellation Policy

At virtualstaging.ai, we offer flexible subscription management and fair refund policies. This document outlines the rules regarding subscription cancellations and refunds.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime through the account page on our platform.

• Monthly Subscriptions: Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the following month after cancellation.
• Yearly Subscriptions: If you cancel a yearly subscription, it will remain active until the end of your yearly term. No further charges will be applied after the current term ends.

Cancellations must be done manually to avoid automatic renewal.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• First Month of Subscription (Monthly or Yearly): Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the subscription start date. No more than 15 images can have been generated to qualify for a refund.
• Renewal of Monthly Subscriptions: If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a renewal month, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the new term. No images should have been generated during this 48-hour period to be eligible for a refund.
• Renewal of Yearly Subscriptions: For yearly subscriptions, refunds are available only within the first 7 days of the new yearly term. No more than 15 images can have been generated during the 7-day window. This refund window applies only once at the start of the yearly term.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
